Seasonal Maternity Photography Looks
Pregnancy is such a meaningful season on its own, and your photos should feel just as special. For Book the Look, I curate a seasonal studio style using gowns from my client closet, intentional backdrop choices, and a polished, editorial approach to posing and lighting.
This season’s look centers around the Run Away With Me gown—a deep red, sequin-embellished dress that drapes beautifully and photographs like pure magic. With the rich burgundy backdrop you see here, the light catches the gown’s shimmer in all the right places, giving your portraits a clean, modern, and editorial feel.
This gown is always available in the Client Closet, but for this month’s feature I paired it with a rich burgundy backdrop, soft sparkle accents, and gentle, natural posing—just like you see in the images below—to create a warm, elegant, and beautifully connected portrait style.

I am married to the love of my life who has recently retired from the Army. We are back “home” after being away for 21 years. We have 3 young boys and 1 daughter who is pursuing her college career.
