Capturing milestones of your new bundle of joy is so important during their first year. Newborn, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year are the best times to get milestone sessions captured.

Newborn

Most expecting parents realize how fast newborns grow and look forward to capturing this time before it is gone. Expecting moms usually schedule these sessions about 2 months before their due date. Newborn sessions are scheduled for approximately 5-10 days after the birth of baby.

3 months Milestone

A milestone that is sometimes missed is the 3 month milestone. At this time your baby is more awake, can give facial expressions, and has grown so much since their newborn session. We can design the setups to go with the pictures from their newborn session. In this way, they will display great together as wall art in your home.

Sitter Session

Sitter sessions are between 6-7 months, when your baby is sitting unsupported on their own. This is different for all babies but usually happens around 6 months. It’s a great time to capture your growing baby.

9 Month Milestone

All babies grow and develop at different intervals. Some babies are even taking their first steps by 9 months and 90% are crawling everywhere. There are so many things to capture at this stage. So many expressions, curiosities, and movements. You don’t want to miss this last milestone before they are finally a year old.

One Year

FINALLY! Their one year milestone. This is most often captured as a cake smash. We can choose a theme together. It can be extravagantly themed or very simple. We can make sure we’ve chosen colors that will look great on the wall with the other milestones or have it completely separate. It’s completely up to you and how you’d like the end product to turn out.
