100 Days Baby Celebration
As a professional photographer, every milestone session is a celebration of life, love, and the fleeting moments that are gone too quickly. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing Nathan’s 100 days baby celebration, a cherished tradition in Chinese culture. Dressed in traditional Chinese attire, Nathan’s milestone session was a blend of cultural significance and the love of family.
From the moment Nathan arrived, surrounded by his loving family, it was easy to see that this session would be more than just a typical photoshoot. With laughter and excitement, we captured Nathan’s hundredth day of life. Background provided by Intuition Backgrounds.
However, this session was not without its challenges. The session stretched longer than usual as we navigated through moments of restlessness and fussiness. But with the unwavering support of his family, we got great pictures. It was their tender love and care that ensured Nathan’s comfort and happiness throughout.
During one of these tender moments, we realized Nathan’s true desire—to simply drift off into the peaceful embrace of sleep. Nathan had gotten extra sleep in preparation for the photo session, but wanted to sleep even more once he got to the studio with his family. As we held him, he fell asleep, allowing us to capture the sweetest portraits you can imagine. In those quiet moments, the soft click of the camera shutter, Nathan’s innocence and purity showed through, forever captured in each frame.
Two weeks later, when Nathan’s family eagerly gathered to view the gallery, they were greeted not only with stunning portraits but also with a heartfelt behind-the-scenes video, capturing the essence of their love and connection during the session. It was a moment of shared joy and nostalgia as they relived the memories of Nathan’s 100 days baby celebration.

I am married to the love of my life who has recently retired from the Army. We are back “home” after being away for 21 years. We have 3 young boys and 1 daughter who is pursuing her college career.
